Contact Terra Nova Art Therapy

Anya is an accredited art psychotherapist, certified Intentional Creativity® Coach, Reiki practitioner, and artist. She works with all ages, including children, adolescents, women, and elderly.

Working with Anya means stepping into a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore whatever is coming up for you. She is a trauma-informed, relational, and existential art therapist with a special interest in eco-art therapy, Jungian approaches, and trauma healing—including patterns that can be passed across generations.

Anya offers personalised support that meets you where you are, without pressure or expectation. Through art psychotherapy in West Cork and online, she invites you to express yourself in ways that feel natural—whether through words, images, or both.

She specialises in treating such symptoms as (C)PTSD, long-term stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and OCD. In her free time, you will find Anya in the family garden or hiking the trails of Sheep’s Head, or sailing in Bantry Bay.
